Office Hours:
 

9:30am-4:30pm Daily. Puerto Rico is 1 hour ahead of EST and on EST when the U.S. Goes on Daylight Savings Time

• All rooms are non-smoking (including the terraces), but smoking is permitted on the outside guest patio and outside the restaurant

• No pets are permitted on the premises

• Beach towels are provided upon request
   

Guesthouse Policies

 

Rates
 

• Rates are based on double occupancy

• There is a $10 surcharge for stays of just one night

• Additional Charge of $15/night for each additional person up to Max posted Occupancy

• All rates are subject to the 9% Puerto Rico Hotel Room Tax

• Exceeding maximum room occupancy will result in immediate eviction with no refund
   

Deposits

• A deposit equal to first night’s stay is necessary to make a reservation.

• We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and ATH.
   

Refunds

• Should your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.

• The deposit, less 10 percent, is refundable if requested at least 3 days before the arrival date.
